Combat Trousers & Camo Trousers
British Army MTP Combat Trousers
The British Army MTP, (Multi-Terrain Pattern), combat clothing is designed to blend with a wide range of environments such as woodland, jungle, crops, grassland, compounds and arid stone.
This was the first change in 40 years to the British camouflage pattern.
This latest camouflage design was developed after extensive field evaluations and laboratory tests, which included aerial and scientific photography to provide the correct colours and brightness for the new camo pattern.
Hi-tech computer modelling was used to represent the deserts and mixed environments in Afghanistan and similar terrains. This MTP, (Multi-Terrain Pattern), has been phased in throughout all the British Army regiments and corps based around the world, replacing the previous Combat Soldier 95 uniform.
